Maintenance of Automatic  Die cutting&creasing Machine Line

Automatic flatbed die-cutting machine has been widely used in the packaging industry, but the introduction of its maintenance information is less, the following is the maintenance of the die-cutting machine of the 4 points. 

Dust prevention and cleaning:

Die cutting machine in the work will produce a large number of waste paper edge and paper hair, these debris is easy to enter the chain drive department, die cutting department moving platform and some rotating, moving parts, resulting in failure. Therefore, it is very important to keep  the die cutting machine clean, and the details in place can reduce the occurrence of failures. So the cleaning of the die cutting machine must be put in the first place. 

윤활 및 냉각:

The die cutting machine needs good lubrication and cooling when it is working at high speed (e.g. 6000 sheets per hour). Excellent machine oil should be selected to protect the main drive parts, and the oil should be changed regularly. In addition, the intermittent mechanism box on the drive side of the machine should use a stickier oil and be checked and replaced regularly. 

After the new machine starts to run, the main transmission parts and the intermittent mechanism box should be completely replaced after 3 months, and should be insisted on a yearly change thereafter.

Mechanical failure: moving platform pressure oblique is a common mechanical failure, usually caused by foreign objects falling into the die cutting. General first move the position of the wedge block under the shaft rod, at the same time to move the platform rotation to the upper limit point, monitor its relative position with the static platform to ensure that the four corners of the platform and the static platform (clamped on the place of the die-cutting knife plate) between the distance, so that the problem can be solved. 

전기적 결함:

Since the die-cutting machine centre control system adopts PLC control, the electrical faults are mostly related to the ladder logic diagram inside the PLC. The main detection points, electrical switches and output actions are issued by the PLC command, and its internal procedures for the ladder logic diagram, so in the electrical aspects of the problem, repair personnel should first read and understand the ladder logic diagram, and then find the cause of the failure is simple. 

정기 유지 보수:
This includes daily, weekly and monthly maintenance.
Daily maintenance, including the side of the gauge, gears, cam travel bearings and other parts of the oil lubrication; weekly maintenance, including the front of the gauge adjustment device, the fly part of the lifting cam and other parts of the lubrication and cleaning; monthly maintenance is a comprehensive inspection of the entire machine and maintenance.

Finally, both fully automatic and semi-automatic flatbed die-cutting machines need to be refuelled and maintained by professionals. Understanding the structure and performance of the machine is the key to maintaining a machine well.
