Features

Servo driven feeder

*Japanese-ASAHI design Strong Feeder, good to feeding the thick sheet and A flute corrugated board and eliminates damages to the printed surface.

*Feeding mechanism and positioning device are easy to operate that is used to compensate each sheet  according to the print position. Simple switch using push gauge or pull gauge.

The paper board is sent from servo vacuum suction belt;
Side positioning of single paper board and front positioning of the back push plate.

1-Die-cutting Section

*The positioning of gripper bar, gripper spike and die cutting place are positioned by the gripper bar device.
*Waste removal collection.
*Operation Panel. The touch panels are user friendly for ease of use.

*The delivery section is designed to deliver neat bundles for the next operation. The Brush system helps deliver multi out formations at high speed.

●PCC system assist to quick order change. Wholemachine uses 14 sets of motor to drive automaticadjustment, only need to press the order storagesystem on HMl, that is, the whole machine can beautomatically adjusted, complete order change andadjustment, greatly improve the efficiency of orderchange. Especially suitable for small order operation.

● Torque limit device inside cam box can protect the machine from urgent stop on high speed running due to cardboard block, Dual safety protection device design for braking system (airbag brake device with external shutdown device).
